The Axomat 5 Black & White 35mm enlarger for black and white printing. The Meopta Axomat 5a is a 35mm enlarger. In common with all Meopta's current range it is constructed of tough cast steel it comes with a a larger baseboard, extensive lens plain adjustments for the correction of line distortions on your negatives (Sheimpflug rectification). It comes with a metal negative carrier with an ingenious split line focusing aid and the ability to lock the carrier ajar while still inserted into the enlarger head: enabling rapid negative changes. The enlarged double condensers will allow the printing of any format up to 35mm.
