Recharge up to four AA or AAA NiMH batteries with the Powerline 4.2 Pro Multifunction Charger from Ansmann. This versatile unit can assign a different charge rate for each bay—400mA, 600mA, or 800mA when charging up to four batteries, and 400mA, 600mA, 800mA, 1500mA, or 1800mA when charging one or two cells. There's also a 5V, 1A USB output for charging mobile devices.
Each bay can be set to one of four programs: charge, discharge and recharge, refresh (repeated discharging and charging to revitalize old batteries), or test. An LCD display shows you exactly what's happening in each bay. Your batteries are individually monitored and charged, and the Powerline 4.2 Pro's microprocessor control terminates charging when each cell has reached full capacity. Maintenance or "trickle" charging is available.
