Hedler model 3023 Umbrella Adapter for C series (C10, C12, also know as turbolux). The 3023 Umbrella adapter is for the 3021 C swivel.
This goes through the center of the swivel adapter. Remove the swivel screw, insert this long screw and tighten down.
